1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 Apologies were received from Dafydd Elis-Thomas, Joyce Watson, Mick Antoniw, Jeff Cuthbert and Gwenda Thomas. Christine Chapman and Ann Jones attended as substitutions.
